Weir Canada, Inc. is looking to add an additional resource, a Human Resources Business Partner for Western Canada.

Bachelor's degree with three to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six to eight years’ practical experience in a technically related manufacturing environment with specific experience in recruiting and generalist Human Resources responsibilities
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk on even and uneven surfaces. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Must be able to wear steel toed safety shoes and safety glasses. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. 75% Travel , mostly in Western Canada but occasional international travel may be required.
