    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    To retain and grow existing clients, while gaining additional target accounts to increase company sales revenue. 

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    Including but not limited to:

    • Maintain and Grow Existing Client Base
    • Increase Wellhead and Frac Rental Sales through New Business
    • Prepare and Deliver Quotes, Bid Packages, and Requests for Information
    • Develop and Grow Company Brand through Marketing, Advertising, and Corporate Events
    • Prepare and Give Presentations, as Needed
    • Attend Customer Events, Trade Shows, etc.
    • Position will Require Significant Travel, and On-Call shifts

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience:

    Business or marketing degree or diploma. Must have 5 – 10 years of relative industry experience. Existing business relationships with Drilling and Completion customer contacts considered an asset. 


    Language Skills:

    Ability to write and comprehend reports, business correspondence, quotes, bids, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


    Mathematical Skills:

    Intermediate math skills are required to prepare, analyze, and present quotes and bids to current and potential clients. 


    Reasoning Ability:

    People-oriented position requiring strong communication skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 


    Computer Skills:

    The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software: Mas500, Cortex, Corel Draw, and Microsoft Office suite.


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Special Skills:

    Company will provide in-house training on any programs or requirements. 


    Physical Demands:

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.


    Work Environment:

    The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Position will require significant amount of travel and on-call shifts.
