    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    As part of the Project Management team, the Project Manager will work collaborative with internal and external stakeholders to meet project budget and deadlines and ensure that customer requirements are met.

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    Including but not limited to:

    • Planning and managing multiple, concurrent projects while coordinating activities of multiple internal departments and external customer project teams.
    • Reviewing all customers’ Statement of Work/Requirements (SOW/SOR) to evaluate the feasibility of customers’ desired objectives.
    • Scheduling and conducting Project meetings to ensure budget, timelines and quality requirements are met.
    • Ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, sales and other internal departments.
    • Ongoing follow-up on project actions, open issues and other project-related activity.
    • Presenting regular project updates to senior management.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering preferred.

    Equivalent mix of relevant education (i.e. 3 year Technology Diploma) and more senior, relevant experience may also be considered.

    PMP – Project Management Professional designation

    Advanced Business Administration training and/or commercial experience is considered an asset.


    Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


    Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


    Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.


    Computer Skills: MS Office, Time Tracker, Team Center, SAP MRP, MS Project

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations, Special Skills: PMP


    Work Environment: Moderate to loud and on rare occasions very loud
