    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    Reporting directly to the District Manager, this position is responsible for administration and support for our Wellhead Service group. This includes information management, general clerical work, weekly/monthly reporting and other duties as activity levels dictates.

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    Objectives, Including but not limited to:

    • Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
    • Utilizes computerized data entry equipment and various word processing, spreadsheet and file maintenance programs to enter, store and/or retrieve information as requested or otherwise necessary
    • Processes and compiles customer paperwork
    • Creates sales orders as directed
    • Performs log book audits and general DOT paperwork
    • Assists with research, and compiles and transcribes statistical reports
    • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials
    • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two (2) year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Language Skills:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

     

    Mathematical Skills:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

     

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

     

    Computer Skills:

    The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software: Database software, Internet software,
    Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
